Therapies can be offered at my home, located in Oxhey Village, Hertfordshire.

Alternatively treatments can be enjoyed within the comfort of your own home. If you would prefer to have a therapy in your own home, I would ask that you have a warm, quiet room available with sufficient space for a massage couch or chair, dependent on the therapy being performed. For clients with reduced mobility, treatments can be easily adapted to suite their needs.

If you are having a therapy in your own home is it recommended that you let other members of your household know that you are going to have a massage, so that you are not disturbed during your treatment.

All treatments are adapted to meet the needs of the individual. Prior to your first therapy a case history will be taken, this includes questions about your lifestyle and medical history, providing a framework for all subsequent treatments. All personal information is treated in confidence.

The duration and frequency of therapies is very much the personal choices of the client. If you have a specific condition I can prepare a treatment plan for you. Many clients will discover that treatments are so beneficial that they will want to return on a frequent basis for general maintenance. Following a therapy, we can review the treatment and its affects, discuss any future needs and I will offer post therapy care advice.

An additional travel charge will be made for any therapy in your own home.

Please advise me if you are unable to attend your appointment - a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required otherwise a 50% surcharge may be applied.

Gift vouchers are available and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They can be delivered to you or the recipient at no extra cost. You can choose from any of the treatments, or a course of treatments for the year ahead.

Payment is accepted by cash or cheque.
